These rates include your meal, set up, clean up, taxes, gratuities and the use of the facility and recreational activities with the exception of the sunfish sailboats (rental fee of $60. for two boats). Recreational activities available: horseshoes, volleyball, softball (bring your own bats, gloves and softballs), basketball, swimming, paddleboats, row boat, sailing, billiards, table tennis and table soccer. Additional supplies including soda, juice, ice, paper products, snacks and hors d'oeuvres can be provided with advanced notice. Fairpoint is not responsible for injury to individuals participating in various activities. Hazards exist on all fields of play and are involved in all water related activity. We do not provide life guards. All adults are responsible for the supervision and care of their children. Fairpoint does not provide or serve alcoholic beverages. However, we do permit alcoholic beverages to be brought onto the premises as an individual decision of the sponsor or host. The providing entity is fully responsible for it's distribution and consumption. * For cost planning purposes please understand that you must have the minimum ADULT number of meals in order to meet a pricing category. For example, if you have 48 adults you will need to pay for two additional meals (which will be provided) to make the 50+ price or "upgrade" two children to adult meals to meet the threshold.
